ohn Creger works with the Personal Creed Organization, a group of former students and colleagues devoted to sharing the principles and practices of self-discovery John and his sophomores developed in his English classes at American High School in Fremont CA. After three generations learning to help students weave self-discovery into their learning, John discovered Natural Learning Relationships, vastly expanding his understanding of developmental needs and nourishments. 

With his PCO co-founders Daniel Davis and Dan Zhou, John works with classroom teachers, schools, districts and communities to bring young people nourishment in curriculum, instruction and community practices. [As an NLR consultant], John and his team offer workshops and presentations at education conferences, give trainings for schools and districts, teach courses online and in-person, partner with community organizations, and offer weekly conversations on the Meetup platform.
