Brandy McCray is an educator, learning strategist, and developmental practitioner who has worked with children, educators, nonprofits, and communities for more than 15 years. She serves as Director of Talent Strategy and Development at City Year, where her work brings together human development, learning, leadership, and systems change. As a practitioner of Natural Learning Relationships, Brandy is passionate about understanding how human capacities emerge through relationship and how the conditions for well-being can be nurtured in both children and adults. Her work is guided by a deep curiosity about learning, consciousness, and creativity. Brandy lives on the coast of North Carolina with her son, Max. Creativity, curiosity, and a love of lifelong learning remain at the heart of her work and life.
